Joe came out to give me an estimate for a vapor barrier on my foundation. He was thorough and provided two solutions to choose from to suit my budget. Both estimates provided were very fairly priced. We ran into a mold issue in our crawl space and a friend suggested we contact Premier Waterproofing. Premier provided a very reasonable estimate to remediate the mold and encapsulate the space. They recently installed helical piles at a project of mine as well as drainage etc. Responsive and worked with our structural engineer well to make sure the project was completed correctly and would last.
